Portland, ME – July 17, 2018– 4tell™ Solutions, the leading provider of Capital Asset Performance Software to optimize performance of real estate portfolios and capital asset infrastructure, has promoted Michael Hardy to Vice President of Public Sector, a new executive role for the company, effective July 1, 2018.
In his new role, Hardy will lead the team responsible for sales, account management, solution implementation and support services for Federal and State governments, local municipalities and public agencies. “I’m very excited about Michael stepping into this role and joining the executive team” said Bobby Slaton, CEO of 4tell. “4tell is committed to our public sector customers and moving Michael into this role supports our strategic investments in critical initiatives such as FedRAMP cloud security authorization and ISO 55000 enablement, and positions us to become the preferred software vendor to both government and quasi-government agencies looking to improve physical asset management decision support and performance.”
Hardy has more than 20 years of experience helping customers take advantage of innovative technologies to empower informed decision-making and achieve financial and organizational goals. Hardy’s experience includes more than 15 years serving the Federal government sector and 10 years focused on physical asset and facility management. Hardy is a Senior Fellow at the Asset Leadership Network, promoting the principles of the ISO 55000 Management Systems Standard for Asset Management among state and local governments. In 2018, he co-authored a whitepaper titled “Asset Management in High-Performance Organizations” which argued for ISO 55000 to be used as a roadmap for becoming a High Performance Organization (HPO).
“We have great public sector customers like the National Park Service, Indian Affairs, National Gallery of Art, State of Oregon and the District of Columbia, to name a few. 4tell’s products – including an array of smart apps for facilitated assessments, inspections, field data management and quality control – quickly solve the data quality problem and enhance asset management performance with minimal disruption to existing systems and workflows. We are blowing up the usual ‘rip-and-replace’ approach in favor of fast and affordable” added Hardy.
