Users are requested to provide as much information as possible regarding the circumstances when a support issue occurs so that it can be resolved quickly. Experienced staff is available to provide and respond to technical and User support Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
