To support scaling the business, 4tell continues to recruit and hire top talent and subject matter expertise to fill key roles. Recent new additions to the senior staff include:

  • Al Moulton, Director of Business Development – Al has over 20 years of extensive experience in high-tech business development, sales and support for the AEC and FM markets globally.
  • Lee Warner, Director of Marketing – Lee brings significant B2B technology marketing experience across vertical and geographic distribution partners, and channel and direct sales.
  • Lydia Atwood, Director of Operations – Lydia provides expertise in accounting, financial analysis, forecasting, strategic planning, human resources and operations management.
  • Tom Laurita, Chief Strategy Officer – Tom’s role has evolved from “Chief Operating Officer” to allow more direct focus and effort on the business’ long term growth strategy.
  • John Havrilla, Senior Energy Consultant, offers 20 plus years of experience in leadership positions in the energy services, electric and gas utility and power generation industries.
  • Jon Villeneuve, Senior Technologist , provides a strong technology and development background, as well as engineering experience and subject matter expertise.
