Open Position - Senior Consultant

4tell™ Solutions, LLC is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its dynamic and rapidly growing organization. This position will report to the company’s Vice President of Technology and will be responsible for successfully translating client project requirements from the initial gathering of client information to business/process mapping during and through to the completion of the implementation phase.

4tell’s growth strategy requires that the Company operate at a demanding pace. This key position will enjoy a high level of customer activity requiring the development of multi-level relationships and simultaneously bringing numerous transactions through to successful conclusion. The Company seeks a strong, innovative and experienced individual who is committed to growing with the Company in its Portland, Maine headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Business Development team in defining/refining clients' requirements.
  • Meet with clients' senior management to obtain a comprehensive understanding of their requirements and translate these into a workable implementation strategy.
  • Document existing business process and conduct extensive business process analysis, gap analysis, process mapping and modeling essential to successful iPlan implementation.
  • Analyze, communicate and apply client business processes over all aspects of property and facilities management, capital asset lifecycle, capital planning and forecasting, energy efficiency and emissions reporting, physical security and compliance.
  • Participate with IT in the configuration of iPlan to meet specific client needs.
  • Champion the interface between clients and the 4tell implementation team to facilitate seamless and timely project implementation.
 

Professional Requirements

Candidates for this position should have a college degree with at least 3-5 years of software development, project management and/or technical implementation experience. A strong technology focus is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have extensive management experience in the real estate/ property management field with considerable exposure to implementing and working with 'built environment sustainability' systems and solutions. Specific requirements include:

  • Expertise in working with "Business Process Modeling Notation" or similar modeling software (highly desirable).
  • A highly professional presentation and communication style.
  • A passion for client service excellence and the drive to go the extra mile to "make it happen".
  • A meticulous approach to your fact finding, documentation and communication practices .
  • An aptitude for mastering new software .
  • Flexibility to travel 50-60% .
